“We tasked Brandon with putting a modern kitchen into an ancient home that has housed rambunctious 18-21 year old men for over 30 years with the related abuse/damage therein. And to add to the project complexity he had to complete the project over a 6 week time period when the house was unoccupied.
We encountered several major speed bumps along the way. Speed bumps are expected in old homes whether related to electric and plumbing, or even outdated construction methods... and throughout the process we had quick solutions delivered with a calm demeanor and positive attitude - Even the ones which were unexpected.
